• Performs landscaping of grounds.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic of the premises.
• Removes debris and addresses hazardous conditions to ensure a safe environment.
• Assists contractors and vendors with on‑site events or maintenance activities. Cares for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
• Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons to ensure year‑round upkeep. Directs and leads the work of others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Driver's License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
