Overview

NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services and amenities within the vacation rental space. Position Summary

As an Activities Ambassador, you are the life of the party, interacting with guests of all ages and finding innovative ideas to engage them. Your positive attitude and creativity will shine as you sing on the pool deck. Your outgoing personality will make a memorable impression and encourage guests to relax during their time with Margaritaville Resort.

The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of similar experience.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and host the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
  • Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park or Hang Ten Children's Play room.
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
  • Ensure all inventory needs are met.
  • Conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
  • Dispatch guests down slides.
  • Be a team leader and lead by example to inspire motivation and anticipation in all team members.
  • Maintain effective communication between all team members regarding club operations and guest/member issues.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Experience in recreational hospitality, cruise ships, summer camps, or DJ
  • Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications in a timely manner

  • Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Flexible, adaptable, and empathetic
  • Highly customer-oriented and responsive with a high need for closure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Comfortable speaking into a microphone to large crowds
