ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a part-time Banquet Server at Osceola Heritage Park. The successful candidate will work both Banquet and Arena Functions within the Catering Department, including Suite Attendant, Reception Events, Cart Service, and other functions serving food and beverage items.

• Read, understand, and follow the Savor Catering/Osceola Banquet Training Guide
• Obtain Safe Staff training within 90 days of employment
• Fulfill service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Assist with setup and organization of catered events
• Serve food and beverages at events, providing excellent customer service
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies, including alcohol and uniform policies
• Pay attention to detail and maintain consistency in service
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of events
• Maintain cleanliness of all Banquet equipment
• Perform all aspects of Banquet Server duties
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the food service industry
• Over one year of wait staff experience

• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry trays of up to ten entrees
