  • Job Description:

    $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $1,500 Relocation available for eligible candidates
  • Sign-on Eligibility:
    • Applicable experience required.
    • Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.
  • Relocation Eligibility:
    Must live 50 miles outside of campus address.

Schedule:

Full-Time 0530am - 6pm, 3/12s days a week. No weekends

Unit Description
  • Coordinator for all Surgical Service areas, Follow patient from Preop to PACU.
Role and Responsibilities

Coaches leaders and hospital staff on best practices to improve patient experience.

Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility and regional needs. Develops and monitors project workplans to completion.

Works with senior leadership on accountability, performance reviews, and action plans.

Organizes consulting priorities and ensures focus on critical areas for patient experience improvement.

Leads measurable improvements based on goals established with Patient Experience leadership.

Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor s [Preferred]
  • Field Of Study: degree in healthcare or business-related field
  • Work Experience:
    • 3+ of healthcare related experience [Required]
    • 5+ of healthcare related experience [Preferred]
    • Demonstrated history of leading strong improvement results in patient experience [Required]
  • Licenses And

    Certifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
    • Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) [Preferred]

$32.76 - $57.47
