! We're currently hiring Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) in our Kissimmee location and are looking for dedicated professionals like you to help us provide exceptional care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Competitive Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $32-$40/hr based on experience. - Performance-Based Raises.

Camen Behavioral Services has been a trusted leader in ABA therapy across Central Florida. Our community ties include partnerships with the Autism Society of Greater Orlando, Autism Speaks, Nathaniel's Hope, and more. We proudly serve as a practicum site for universities such as the University of South Florida and Florida Institute of Technology.
- Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!).
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Reliable Transportation (some home visits may be required).
- Clear Background Check.
- Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) β training available.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems).
- Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors.
- Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment.
- Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients.
- Lift at least 30 pounds comfortably.
- Adaptable: sit, stand, and move quickly while working with children.
