The majority of this work will be in home or in school.

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in supporting children and their families by:
- Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervising and mentoring behavior technicians.
- Using data-driven methods to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
- Collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams for client-centered care.
Were looking for a dedicated professional with:
- A Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure to practice in Florida.
- Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting (preferred).
- Active FL Medicaid (preferred).
