Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Position:
Consultant Dietitian - Part-Time (approximately 16 hrs. weekly) in the Kissimmee, FL area. In this consulting role, you ll work alongside facility care teams to promote nutritional well-being while upholding regulatory standards and clinical best practices. • Collaborate with facility care teams to promote nutritional well-being and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Provide clinical nutrition expertise and support for food service management within partner facilities.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff to support care planning and nutrition-focused interventions.
• Maintain applicable documentation, EMR entries, and quality assurance measures.

• Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensed/certified per state requirements OR completed an ACEND dietetic technician program with an associate s degree, OR completed an ACEND-accredited didactic program or coordinated program with a bachelor s degree; registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred
• Ability to build trust and rapport with residents and facility staff
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills
• Understanding of clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM
• Comfort using EMR systems and basic tech tools
• Ability to work independently with available team support
