Caregiver Twelve Hour Shift

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Crestwood or surrounding areas

Willing to work 8a‑8p or 8p‑8a; 12‑hour shifts. Expected 36‑48 hours per week.

Home Well is seeking compassionate, reliable, and service‑hearted individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Home Well Caregiver, you will deliver quality, non‑medical in‑home care to support our clients’ safety, independence, and overall well‑being. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and create a comfortable environment where clients feel respected and cared for.

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing
• Assist with medication reminders
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Assist with mobility, lifting, and transferring
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
• Implement behavior management techniques
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment

• Experience caring for bedbound patients (preferred)
• Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Experience with transfers
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
• Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines
• Familiarity with direct support systems and protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In person. Ability to commute to Crestwood, MO or surrounding areas. Must relocate to Crestwood, MO before starting work.
