Part-Time Healthcare CFO / Controller Consultant

NOW CFO – Client Engagement
Location: Kissimmee, FL (onsite weekly required)
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Compensation: $70–$75 per hour (W-2 through NOW CFO)

NOW CFO is seeking an experienced Healthcare CFO or Controller Consultant to join our team on a part-time, W-2 basis for an active client engagement in Kissimmee, FL. This consultant will provide hands‑on financial leadership and strategic oversight within a healthcare environment.

This role requires weekly onsite presence and is ideal for a seasoned financial leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while providing high‑level financial guidance.

• Provide strategic financial leadership to a healthcare organization
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyze financial performance and present actionable recommendations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and reporting standards
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
• Support cash flow management and operational decision‑making
• Assist with financial clean‑up, reporting improvements, and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• Prior experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior financial leader within healthcare (required)
• Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and compliance requirements
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands‑on
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with executive leadership

• Must be local to the Kissimmee/Orlando area or willing to commute onsite weekly
• Available for approximately 20 hours per week

• Ability to work independently while representing NOW CFO at the client site
