. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by guiding students through their academic journey and helping them reach their full potential. Coaches engage with students in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings, providing holistic, person‑centered advising and support throughout the course selection and academic planning process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for building authentic connections and delivering clear, effective guidance.
