About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at Advent Health Kissimmee. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:
15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year):
Base salary $255,00018 days per month:
Base salary $301,000Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:
Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average
Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
No procedures or codes required
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
