Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at HCA Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida as the Anesthesia Medical Director.

Minimum experience of 3‑5 years required; prior leadership experience preferred. This is a full‑time leadership opportunity in a well‑established group of 9 physicians and 29 APPs. The anesthesia team has over 30 years of experience and manages all cases except burns, trauma, and transplants.

• Scheduling and staff development.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attending recruiting events.
• Liaise with hospital leaders and serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital.
• Participate in leadership and development activities, including performance reviews, orientation, and onboarding of new hires.

• 3‑5 years of experience in anesthesia.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and team‑building skills.
