- Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors
- Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
- Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget
- Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required
- Implement the Company policies and procedures as required
- Assist with On-the-Job Training
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
- Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports
- Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
- Must be able to interpret crane load charts
- Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed
- Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques
- Must have an excellent driving record
