OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with a strong accounting background to support our day-to-day financial operations and property management activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Quick Books and Yardi and comfortable handling multiple financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Perform bookkeeping and general accounting functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
- Balance checkbooks and manage daily financial transactions
- Pay mortgages, bills, and other recurring expenses on time
- Utilize Quick Books for accounting and reporting
- Use Yardi for property management financials
- Prepare and provide financial information to our accountant for tax returns
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and organization of financial data
- Proven bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Proficiency in Quick Books
- Experience with Yardi property management software
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, payables, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Spanish-speaking is a plus
