Do you have a proven track record in sales? We are seeking a high-energy sales professional for our senior living community located in Kirkwood, MO. The ideal candidate has a conceptual sales background, will apply their current experience to this role and is receptive to new training. If you are competitive, a self-starter, enjoy giving presentations, have phone etiquette and are great at follow-up, then this might be the role for you.

Aberdeen Heights is bringing a new way to view senior living in Kirkwood, MO, one that respects the way you want to live and is rooted in Christian values with service to older adults of all faiths.

Responsibilities

The Admissions Coordinator meets with prospective residents to learn about their needs, and to present and sell the Aberdeen Heights community life. The Admissions Coordinator generates sales referrals, responds to requests for information, maintains regular contact with existing prospects, achieves the community sales and move-in goals and exceeds hospitality and service standards.

Job Details

This position is full time and hours of work are weekdays and occasional weekends. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Additional compensation includes commissions and bonuses. This position is fully benefit eligible.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with at least one year of marketing/sales experience in the Continuing Care Retirement community industry preferred.
  • Must be goal oriented and enjoy working with seniors.
  • Knowledge of the CCRC model preferred.
