Human Edge Travel Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Kirksville, Minnesota.

• Minimum 2+ years L&D, Nursery, or OB experience required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring completion required
• May float to other hospital units as needed (ED, Med‑Surg, CCU, Lab, OP Surgery)
• Spanish and/or French language skills preferred

Approximately 40 deliveries

• Provides comprehensive care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal patients.
• Basic nursing care and specialized OB/L&D documentation.
• Fetal monitoring, OB triage, labor management, and emergency OB/transfer care.
• Cesarean recovery, postpartum care, neonatal resuscitation, routine and special care nursery, and breastfeeding support.
• Emergent care including postpartum hemorrhage, severe maternal hypertension, prolapsed cord, and shoulder dystocia.
• Antepartum skills: multiple gestations, diabetes, fetal demise, external version assistance, magnesium sulfate administration, and triage of scheduled/unscheduled patients.
• Intrapartum skills: vaginal exams, oxytocin administration, promotion of vaginal delivery through psycho prophylaxis and positioning, circulating vaginal delivery, TOLAC care, blood administration, cesarean recovery.
• Neonatal skills: IV therapy, CPAP management, circumcision assistance, breastfeeding support.

• Ability to multitask and respond confidently to emergencies.
• Critical thinking and teaching ability.
