In this impactful role, you’ll partner closely with Community Support Specialists to empower parents and caregivers, helping them understand their child’s needs and navigate available resources with confidence.

You will play a key role in developing wellness plans, offering guidance and coaching, and creating a supportive community network that strengthens family resilience. We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, resourceful, and deeply committed to helping families thrive.

* Key Responsibilities:

* • Support and coach families to better understand their child’s behavioral health needs and build strong partnerships within the child and family team.  
• Provide educational materials and resources—videos, articles, books, online tools—and offer emotional support during times of crisis.  
• Assist in developing individualized service plans tailored to each family’s unique needs, ensuring continuity of care.  
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and assist with intake processes as needed.  
• Provide crisis intervention and help facilitate group education or support sessions.  
• Help parents/caregivers recognize their strengths, build resilience, and connect with community supports.  
• Conduct assessments to guide individualized family plans and promote active family engagement in wellness.  
• Advocate for families in agency and community settings and help organize wraparound meetings.  
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and organizational processes as directed by leadership.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:
