* Job Summary:

** In this role, you’ll provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients in residential and withdrawal management settings. You’ll help monitor health indicators, facilitate structured activities, respond to crises, and support medication administration—all while fostering a safe, therapeutic environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients
* Monitor vital signs and escalate when necessary
* Oversee and document medication administration
* Monitor OTC medications and maintain inventory
* Document blood glucose levels and maintain equipment
* Conduct supervision checks per safety plans and procedures
* Assist clients with personal care (e.g., grooming, bathing, dressing) when necessary
** Education and/or Experience

Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents
* Basic math and keyboarding skills
* Ability to navigate electronic medical records
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients
