We’re expanding! Our import business is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive Ocean Import Operator to join our team in Leeds. If you have experience in deep-sea imports and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As an integral part of our import team, you’ll manage LCL and FCL shipments, liaise with clients and shipping lines, and ensure smooth, efficient operations from arrival to delivery.

Key Responsibilities  
Manage deep-sea imports (LCL and FCL) efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with clients, keeping them informed of shipment status and resolving queries.
Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure timely import bookings.
Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth receipt and delivery of shipments.
Ensure all documentation, including customs clearance, is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with the wider import team to support efficient workflow and client satisfaction.  What We’re Looking For  
Previous experience in ocean imports, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of LCL/FCL shipping processes, customs, and import documentation.
Strong communication skills with clients, suppliers, and shipping lines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve operational challenges.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
