Practice Nurse - Locum Contract Opportunity in Huddersfield

Are you a qualified and experienced Practice Nurse seeking a flexible, part-time locum role? Service Care Solutions is currently hiring a dedicated Practice Nurse to support a well-established GP surgery in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a friendly and supportive environment on a 6-month contract basis, with the flexibility to choose working days that suit your schedule.

Pay: £28 LTD p.h

Shift Time: 8am - 5:30pm | Flexible within core hours

Contract:

Locum

• Conducting long-term condition reviews for Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, and Hypertension
• Performing cervical screening procedures
• Administering vaccinations and immunisations
• Carrying out phlebotomy as required
• Managing treatment room duties efficiently
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary primary care team to support patient needs

The ideal Practice Nurse will be confident using Systm One and possess strong core primary care nursing skills. A patient-centered, compassionate, and clinically safe approach is essential. You should be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
