Are you a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist with experience setting and operating CNC machines looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a growing business with excellent overtime potential and long-term stability?

On offer is an immediate start opportunity where you will become a key part of the machining team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to perform precision machining operations, producing high-quality components to engineering drawings and tight specifications.

This company is a precision engineering specialist producing high-quality CNC machined components to tight tolerances. Supporting sectors including automotive, aerospace, defence and general engineering, they're known for their high standards, modern machinery and a hands-on culture where skilled machinists can really take pride in what they do.

This role would suit a CNC Machinist with strong mechanical knowledge and a background in milling, who enjoys working with modern CNC equipment in a hands-on production environment.

The Role:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
Select and install tooling, fixtures and work holding devices
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency

The Person :

Previous experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist (or similar)
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
