Reliable compassionate Waking Night Support Workers who can work independently, manage risk and support young people overnight.
Key Responsibilities- Build positive relationships with young people, families and external agencies
- Contribute to care plans and risk assessments
- Support young people’s emotional wellbeing and daily activities
- Maintain accurate records
- Work independently and use initiative during night shifts
Shift Pattern
22:30 – 08:00 (4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation)
Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
- You only have Health Care NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

- Comprehensive training including 3 weeks of classroom and 1 week of shadow shifts
