Reliable compassionate Waking Night Support Workers who can work independently, manage risk and support young people overnight.

• Build positive relationships with young people, families and external agencies
• Contribute to care plans and risk assessments
• Support young people’s emotional wellbeing and daily activities
• Maintain accurate records
• Work independently and use initiative during night shifts

22:30 – 08:00 (4 nights on / 4 nights off rotation)

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
• You only have Health Care NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
• You require sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
• Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
