HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) – Ongoing Role | Rural Kirklees
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic HLTA to join a welcoming school in rural Kirklees. This is an ongoing position, supporting teaching and learning across the school and contributing to a positive, nurturing environment for pupils.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned lessons and interventions across year groups
* Support teachers with classroom activities and pupil progress
* Lead small groups and provide targeted support
* Contribute to creating a safe, engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent
* Strong classroom support experience
* Ability to lead learning confidently
* Positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
