• Recent experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
• Hold a degree in Primary Education or similar background
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
• References to cover the last 2 years
