Your contributions will directly influence product direction, system stability, and the overall success of critical initiatives, making a tangible difference in the technological landscape. We are seeking a highly skilled and influential engineer to contribute significantly to our product and system development. In this role, you will lead the charge in defining technical approaches, solving complex problems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software.

You'll be instrumental in shaping our technical roadmap, mentoring peers, and driving best practices across the engineering lifecycle.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the development of product and system code, executing comprehensive testing beyond unit level (e.g., integration, performance, stress, security, load, fuzz).
  • Design code with an emphasis on testability and author detailed test case descriptions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold best practices in style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
  • Identify and address critical technical debt, implementing solutions to enhance long‑term maintainability and modifiability.
  • Drive projects to completion, encompassing qualification, end‑user documentation, production deployment/monitoring, process automation, and customer support.
  • Establish or refine testing, monitoring, and survey infrastructure, systems, or practices.
  • Champion engineering excellence, focusing on code health, system maintainability, and scalability.
  • Contribute to and adapt existing documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
  • Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing root causes and their impact on operations and quality.
  • Design systems within your area of expertise, clarifying problems, breaking them down into solvable parts, and assessing trade‑offs for coherent design.
  • Participate in and drive design reviews with peers and stakeholders, evaluating available technologies.
    * Set, communicate, and achieve team priorities that align with organizational goals, collaborating with partners to make key decisions.
  • Prioritize work, allocate resources equitably, and manage them effectively to deliver significant business impact.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, adapt to change, and remove obstacles to achieve goals during dynamic periods.
