Master Aesthetician

Overview

Established medical spa seeking a sales-oriented master aesthetician. We are willing to train on the clinical side but we need someone with sales experience that is comfortable asking for money. Consulting conversational selling is preferred over pushy sales; if you educate and ask questions effectively, sales come naturally. We have a small team, so your contributions are noticed. Candidate must have a positive “can-do” attitude, be dependable, able to solve problems, and willing to do whatever’s necessary to give our clients the best experience possible.

• Educate clients about services, ask questions, listen to answers, and educate on our offerings with a consultative approach.
• Drive client rebooking and retention.
• Contribute to a positive client experience and service quality.

• Master Aesthetician License is required.
• On-the-job treatment experience and sales skills are preferred. Real-world experience performing laser treatments such as IPL, laser hair removal, or RF Microneedling is a plus, but the ability to excite clients about services and rebooking is essential.

• $20-$40+ per hour DOE.
• During training: $22/hour; thereafter, performance-based compensation with opportunities to increase earnings.
• Great tips typical ($50–$100 per treatment).
