Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, delivers primary and specialty health care services while integrating clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination, case management, and leadership roles. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process when delivering care.

• Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• National Provider Business Licensure – BLS (American Heart Association) (upon hire).
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient‑care setting.
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health assignments in acute or ambulatory settings.

• At least 2 years of recent RN experience in areas of responsibility.
• Recent prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Recent prior experience with phone triage.
• At least 3 years of progressive behavioral health experience, including medication management.

Pay Range: $41.54 – $65.57 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
