Position: RN-Resident Cardiovascular & Neurosurgical Unit (CVNS) PCU Start date May 11, 2026

Wage Range: $48.21 - $87.11 per hour.

Additional pay for BSN / MSN.

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees. The CVNS unit is an intermediate level of care unit between ICU and the general Med Surg department. All CVNS unit patients require continuous cardiac monitoring. The CVNS unit is our designated Stroke patient care unit.

RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS:

Evergreen Health's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical nurse educators.

RN Residents require a Washington State RN license and an American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by your hire date.

License, Certification, Education or

Experience:

REQUIRED for the position:

  • Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington by date of hire
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS - American Heart Association by start date.
  • ACLS provider - American Heart Association completion during training
  • Able to start on May 11, 2026
