Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying project management skills to implement strategies and programs.
  • Experience creating new processes and programs from scratch improving existing processes and programs.
  • Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily operations to maximize productivity and task accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, and investigative skills, combined with strong business judgment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and communications, managing expectations, building trusting relationships, and leading cross-functional working groups.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage functional planning and resource allocation by owning end-to-end work streams, driving team accountability, and coordinating across stakeholders to ensure precise project execution.
