We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic digital marketing initiatives across our multi-site organization. This role is pivotal in advancing our digital ecosystem, ensuring our websites, catalogs, and campaigns are customer‑centric, measurable, and scalable.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage Astronics’ digital presence, focusing on website management and marketing automation. This role ensures our website aligns with our brand, prioritizes customer experience, facilitates easy discovery of our solutions, and connects with marketing automation to direct requests to the appropriate contacts. This is a collaborative role, partnering with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Website & Digital Ecosystem
  • Implement marketing automation on the current website for lead routing and collaborate with IT on technical site maintenance during the transition to the new website design and launch.

  • Drive and manage the next‑generation website from vendor selection to build, content creation, and launch. Post‑launch, own and manage the site and its content.

  • Plan and manage customer‑focused product marketing content, guiding prospects and repeat customers through solutions discovery and facilitating requests for quotes and contact.

  • Apply modern UX/UI best practices and content marketing to enhance web visitor experience with SEO/AI readability and engaging customer content.

Online Catalog & Click-to-Quote
  • Create and manage a B2B digital solutions catalog, designed for solutions discovery with a ‘click‑to‑contact’ CTA for consultative sales. Ensure the website and digital catalog content is accurate, searchable, and aligned with customer needs.

  • Optimize the use of the marketing automation system for lead management and email marketing, ensuring contact requests are routed to the appropriate sales team with follow‑up.

  • Manage and enhance Marketing Automation platform capabilities (Hub Spot).

Creative & Interactive Content
  • Maintain and manage content across digital platforms, including the web, marketing automation, email, and social media.

  • Partner with internal and creative teams to plan and produce online content, including videos, images, infographics, and interactive content.

  • Stay informed on content marketing practices and identify and evaluate new tools such as interactive search/configurator tools, digital demos, sales rooms, and AI tools.

SEO, AI Visibility & Analytics
  • Use analytics tools and dashboards to monitor and report on digital marketing performance.

  • Ensure the website is optimized for AEO/GEO/SEO for online discovery.

  • Ensure compliance with global data regulations for websites and marketing databases.

Collaboration & Project Management
  • Manage cross‑team initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on programs, deadlines, deliverables, and results tracking.

  • Act as the key facilitator and communicator for digital marketing across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams for approvals, workflows, and project updates.

  • Document processes and create playbooks for scaling digital capabilities.

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships.

Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing.

  • Hands‑on experience managing corporate B2B websites and marketing automation platforms, such as Hub Spot.

  • Experience managing multi‑site website ecosystems with customer‑focused journeys.

  • Proficiency in running email marketing programs and marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, digital product catalogs, contact workflows, and customer enablement tools.

  • Project experience with AI tools and knowledge of SEO and AI search optimization.

  • Proficiency in analytics/reporting tools.

  • Strong project management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including MS Teams.
