  • Translate ambiguous goals into clear, measurable objectives and milestones
  • Determine the appropriate level of program management rigor for each initiative
  • Build detailed project plans, breaking work into phases and proactively identifying risks, constraints, and dependencies
  • Establish program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement and effective resource stewardship
  • Design and manage dashboards, checkpoints, and metrics to support informed stakeholder decisions and program pivots
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans, including executive-level and key partner communications
  • Anticipate and lead change management efforts, including impact analysis, rollout planning, progress tracking, and future-state planning
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable proactive decision-making and resolve prioritization conflicts
  • Manage escalations and align stakeholders on program priorities and outcomes
  • Partner across teams to develop technical analyses, tools, and processes that support engineering execution, quality, and velocity
  • Perform technical due diligence to assess engineering scope, timelines, milestones, and resourcing needs
  • Define and collect governance data to support program oversight and decision-making
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and dependency management plans
  • Create automated processes to improve program velocity and monitoring
  • Establish governance structures for mitigations, postmortems, escalations, and stakeholder forums
  • Foster an inclusive, values-driven environment while upholding brand integrity
Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing organizational change in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Expertise in communications management, including executive and partner-facing communications
  • Advanced planning skills, including program phasing and detailed project plan development
  • Strong technical judgment with the ability to assess engineering scope and resource needs
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and influence
  • Experience leading and coordinating teams to deliver results
  • Excellence in execution and governance, including risk mitigation and reporting
  • Experience managing portfolios of related programs
