Join the Indigo Urgent Care team as a float provider in our North Region Clinics based out of Mill Creek Urgent Care Clinic.

Position Summary

An experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will support our urgent‑care clinics, working 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. The float position offers flexibility, the opportunity to work at the top of your license, and leadership/mentoring responsibilities.

The Opportunity
  • Clinics open 7 days/week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Schedule created 2 months in advance. Same‑day shift changes may occur.
  • Required to perform suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, X‑ray reads, treat all ages, and practice autonomously.
  • Competitive salary; earning potential $200k+ with volume incentives and bonuses.

Requirements
  • Washington license (active/good standing) at employment.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • Minimum 2 years post‑degree clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
