Agape In Home Care is an employee-first and immigrant-friendly in-home care agency. We hire and promote Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care focused on activities of daily living (ADLs). We emphasize a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

• Provide one-on-one in-home care focused on ADLs
• Offer day and evening shifts; weekdays and weekends available
• Provide care with a emphasis on field-based, face-to-face community interaction
• Earn bonus pay opportunity and participate in performance rewards
• Drive to client locations; maintain reliable transportation and driving record
• Follow agency safety protocols and wear provided PPE as required
• Assist with scheduling and potential referral bonuses
• Support the agency’s mission and work toward potential advancement into roles such as Care Manager / Social Worker, Community Liaison, Marketer, Trainer, Office Manager, General Manager, or Owner

• Valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA license in Washington state or eligibility
• Driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable car
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some holidays

• COVID-19 considerations: PPE provided and training updated regularly to ensure safety
