  • 5 years of experience in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design for Test, Design for Reliability, or Design Verification Test
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience in (High/Medium Voltage) HV/MV Mechanical Power Systems, Switchgear, Transformers, UPS, Busway, Product Life Cycle (PLC) Control systems, etc.
  • Experience with Weibull++, JMP, Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, C, C++ or other programming languages for data analysis
  • Experience in performing root cause analyses and failure analyses on the mechanical equipment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
