Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments.
  • Experience in electrical infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, relevant field, or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Experience in estimating, electrical design, operation, and commissioning of substations, switch gear, ATP/ATS, emergency power systems and their control systems, power monitoring, and electrical protection.
  • Experience with cross-discipline teams (structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural).
  • Experience with data center equipment/environments (switch gear, generators, transformers, controls, security monitoring/fire safety systems), having strong understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
  • Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations, medium/low voltage electrical distribution systems, AC/DC systems, and associated power management or SCADA tool.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
