Fairfax Behavioral Health has been a cornerstone of mental health care in the Greater Seattle/Puget Sound areas since 1930. Our mission is to provide top-quality patient care through comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults.

• Kirkland Campus – 157‑bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
• Everett Campus – 30‑bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.
• Monroe Campus – 34‑bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s‑focused programs.

• Manageable and sustainable adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15‑18 total encounters per day.
• Flexible schedule:
  Monday‑Friday day shifts, with the ability to be offsite after daily patient care duties are finished.
• Primary duties:
  Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.
• Work‑life balance: occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.
• Leadership and growth opportunities:
  Unit Directorship/Leadership appointment available if interested.

• Job type – Full‑time employed W‑2 position.
• Salary range – $315,000–$330,000.

• PTO – 26 days Paid Time Off annually.
• CME package.
• Other compensation – Negotiable relocation assistance/​sign‑on bonus.

• Education – MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Certifications – BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).
• Licensure – Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or ability to obtain required license.
• Credentialing – Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
