- Lead the design of residential landscapes, prioritizing client experience and quality execution
- Translate client dreams into functional, inspiring outdoor environments
- Create detailed site plans, planting designs, and construction documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to bring projects to life
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs meet local codes and environmental standards

Requirements
- Experience in Landscape Design or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, client-focused design
- Proficiency in design tools (LandFX, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- A passion for client-centric design
- Engaging interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
