Competitive Compensation
$22–$27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing
Patient Experience Champion
Warmly greet patients and families, explain procedures in kid-friendly language, and help children feel calm and confident throughout their visit.Chairside Assisting
Assist dentists during exams and procedures including cleanings, fillings, sealants, and preventive care.Clinical Excellence
Take digital X-rays, maintain sterilization standards, and keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and ready for each patient.Education & Communication
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy habits in a clear, friendly, and supportive manner.

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Washington State
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

You’re comfortable in a busy practice, open to learning, and committed to delivering consistently excellent service.
