ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
- Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory, develops ongoing relationships, and builds an understanding of their needs and wants, including relationships in BOMA and other associated groups.
- Develops capital plans for customers to address short‑ and long‑term building needs.
- Maintains strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes, studying factory equipment manuals, supplier information, and local elevator code requirements.
- Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs using estimating software and obtaining price estimates from suppliers when needed.
- Prepares service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment as necessary.
- Receives and responds to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, performing follow‑up with customers on all proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.
- Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce experience (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings (preferred).
Salary range: $80,000 – $112,000 plus monthly commission of 0 – 10% based on product line and margins. The role offers a car allowance and fuel card.
