Executive Assistant to Founder & Creative Director
Location: Primarily Kirkland, WA
Schedule: Part‑time (20–30 hours/week) to start, with intention to transition to full‑time
Travel: Occasional travel to Dallas, Hawai‘i, and other locations as needed
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable, service‑minded Executive Assistant to support our Founder and Creative Director in both business operations and select personal matters. This is a trusted right‑hand role that requires judgment, discretion, initiative, and a genuine passion for creating ease, clarity, and an elevated experience for both our internal team and our clients.
The ideal candidate is experienced, technologically fluent (especially with AI‑enabled workflows), deeply organized, and excited by the opportunity to help build systems and structure in a fast‑moving, creative environment.
This position is primarily in person in Kirkland when the Founder is in town. Hybrid flexibility is welcomed when the Founder is traveling.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Manage email inbox, communications flow, and message triage with sound judgment and discretion
- Coordinate a dynamic schedule including meetings, travel itineraries, client engagements, and personal appointments
- Prepare the Founder for meetings through research, briefs, summaries, and strategic context
- Serve as a professional extension of the Founder in communications and follow‑up
- Maintain digital organization systems, including file structure, asset management, and general workflow hygiene
- Assist with special projects, client touchpoints, and creative initiatives
- Coordinate events, retreats, and client experiences with an emphasis on thoughtfulness and high‑touch service
- Conduct AI‑enabled research across diverse topics, generating insights, summaries, and options
- Support select personal matters such as household coordination, appointments, scheduling, and vendor/contractor oversight
- Provide hands‑on support during travel and at off‑site locations when needed
- 5–10 years of experience supporting founders, creative leaders, or C‑suite executives
- Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment strongly preferred
- Proven success building structure in evolving or fast‑paced settings
- Exceptional organization with the ability to create systems from scratch
- Technologically fluent
