Salary: £12.80 - £13.50ph (dependent on experience)

Overview
Apex Resources Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and hardworking Yard Operative / FLT Drivers to join their busy operations team in Kirkintilloch. This is a day shift position offering stable weekday work with occasional Saturday shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently around the yard

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Moving stock and materials across the yard and warehouse areas

* Assisting with goods in and goods out processes

* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment

* Carrying out manual handling duties where required

* Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred) - inhouse licence's accepted

* Previous experience working in a yard, warehouse, or similar environment

* Good understanding of health and safety practices

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

* Flexible to work occasional Saturdays when required
