Senior Fullstack developer (.NET+React​/Angular

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team and work on client‑facing projects in Capital Markets business domain. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven ability to apply AI coding assistants effectively, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, product owners, and distributed engineering teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions using .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core) and Angular and/or React
• Take ownership of full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑release support
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance web applications
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party services
• Ensure high code quality through clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce engineering standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in collaboration with Dev Ops and support teams
• Collaborate directly with clients, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
• Participate actively in technical discussions, estimations, and solution design
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients, including trade‑offs and best practices
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements across different client projects and domains
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders
• Work effectively in cross‑functional, distributed Agile teams
• Mentor and support junior and mid‑level developers
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, internal documentation, and best practices
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmaps

• Backend 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Experience with Web APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server preferred) and ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper)
• Experience implementing authentication & authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
• Frontend strong hands‑on experience with Angular and/or React
• Proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience building SPA applications with performance and scalability in mind
• Familiarity with state management solutions (NgRx, Redux, etc.)
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
• Cloud & Dev Ops hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Hands on experience using Copilot for daily engineering tasks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments
• Understanding of containerization and modern Dev Ops practices
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform
• Engineering Practices: strong experience with unit, integration, and automated testing
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work effectively with both greenfield and legacy systems

Knowledge of DDD, CQRS, Event‑Driven Architecture Previous experience in outsourcing or consulting environments
