Job Title: Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioners

Location: East of Scotland

Job Type: Locum (Waiting List Initiatives)

• Provide skilled assistance during orthopaedic surgeries, particularly major joint procedures.
• Ensure the sterile field is maintained and all surgical instruments are handled correctly.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.

• Minimum of two years' post-graduate experience in operating theatres.
• Proven competence in scrubbing for major joint surgeries.
• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing demands.
