Overview

Customer Service Advisor. 40 Hour Week. A well-established, fast-growing manufacturing business is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and high-performing Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships while managing a varied workload. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, enquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

The

role
  • Review and process customer orders ensuring they are processed within agreed timescales.
  • Provide prices, lead time, delivery and stock availability information.
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal teams including Planning, Procurement and Finance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and credit queries effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide proactive customer support.
  • Work closely with sales teams to keep them informed of customer activity and changes.
About you
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Manufacturing experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of Spanish – desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office / Excel.
  • Able to commit to a full time, office-based role with a realistic daily commute.
Working hours
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Package
  • 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays).
