E-Commerce Assistant

Job Details

Location: Liverpool LL11

Salary: £12.71 per hour. Increasing to £13 after 12 weeks.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Temporary to permanent position

Immediate start available

• Data entry – Uploading company stock to eBay, Amazon and the company warehouse
• Ensuring online stock levels are kept up to date and reflect physical inventory
• Checking product data for accuracy and correcting any discrepancies
• Supporting the warehouse team, order picking and packing to cover busy periods
• Supporting stock checks and periodic inventory counts
• Maintaining a tidy and organised working environment, both in the office and warehouse areas

• Experience with in an eCommerce role or warehouse position is very beneficial
• Good time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Develops effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
• Physically fit to carry / pack loads for delivery
• Good level of IT literacy
• Positive, "can do" and "gets it done" attitude
• Self‑motivated and takes pride at the task in hand
