We are looking for 3 Refuse Drivers and 1 Food & Glass collection.

• Salary: £34,782.60 per annum
• Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday, include Bank Holiday and some weekend working
• Start times: 04:00–13:45 (45‑minute unpaid break)
• Plus a compliance bonus £13.36 per day, paid monthly

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering responsible waste and recycling services that support businesses and contribute to a cleaner, greener UK. Your work helps preserve natural resources and supports our mission to create a circular, sustainable future for generations to come.

You’ll be responsible for the safe driving and operation of Class 2 vehicles, collecting Industrial and Commercial waste and recycling from our customers. You’ll deliver excellent service while following all Health & Safety procedures — both our own and those of our customers.

• Driving and operating LGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Collecting commercial waste and recycling from customer sites.
• Providing a friendly, reliable and professional service.
• Following all Health & Safety and compliance requirements.
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, hard‑working team.

• A valid LGV Class 2 licence.
• A valid CPC card.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to great customer service.

• Experience in the waste or recycling industry.
• Experience using recycling vehicles or roll‑on/roll‑off containers (training provided).
