Assess, diagnose and treat minor illness and/or ailment or determine the most appropriate pathway for the patient.

Responsibility for managing service provision in the absence of the senior nurse practitioner

Commitment to the Personal Performance Planning process and Clinical Supervision.

Working flexibly to support to ensure capacity meets service demand.
