for our client, a leading UK family-owned horticulture company, renowned for their rose gardens.

Staffline is recruiting General Horticultural Workers in Albrighton.

Rate of pay: £12.25 per hour.

Overtime: available and paid at time and a half.

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3:30pm.

As a General Horticultural Worker you will have an understanding of several key processes such as potting, weeding, grading and general line work.

You will be working within a factory environment as well as outside, depending on the time of the year. You need to be prepared to work in cold and wet weather.

Our perfect worker will have a good level of fitness, as this role involves a lot of bending and lifting for large parts of the day. You will be happy to work in a fast paced enviroment.

Applicants will need to live locally or have access to a car, as relying on public transport is not feasible.

Agriculture/horticulture and general line work experience are required.
