Location: CHP-Tower Hill Primary Care and Community Resource Centre, Ebony Way, Kirkby, Merseyside, England, L33 1XT

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meet all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when cleaning is required.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training for the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and independently when needed.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers and deliver excellent customer service.
• Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
