About the RoleAs a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
This could be in:
- People’s own homes
- Community-based services
- Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
What We’re Looking ForYou don’t need experience – just the right attitude. We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly and confident communicators
- Patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends
- Aligned with AFG’s values
